Refund and Returns Policy
Key policies for exchanges, returns, and defective items.
- A 30-night adjustment period is required before any exchange.
- One exchange allowed per household every 12 months (days 20–100) with a $125 exchange fee.
- Exchange must be for the same size mattress.
- Mattress must be clean/undamaged with law label intact.
- Customer is responsible for return transport arrangements and costs.
- Not eligible: floor models, clearance items, PalmPring mattresses, and custom or RV sizes.
No refunds on:
- Mattresses
- Adjustable bases
- Bed frames, foundations, platforms, or other supports
- Pillows of any kind
Sleep accessories (sheets, protectors, toppers, duvet covers, comforters, etc.) may be eligible for return/refund within 7 days of purchase only if unopened and in original packaging.
- Defective or damaged items are determined by the manufacturer.

- If an item is approved for return, ship it to the address above.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).
- We recommend trackable shipping and/or insurance for valuable items.
- Mattress Unboxed is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
